A straightforward, non-dogmatic introduction to Vipassanā Meditation from a group of meditation teachers who teach in the Plum Village and Insight Meditation traditions. The first (15 minute) meditation is ‘guided’, meaning there is occasional spoken guidance and encouragement, while the following three meditations are all ‘silent’, meaning there is no guide, only a bell which rings every five minutes to help you refocus your meditation.

Begin with the guided meditation to learn the basics, then switch to the silent meditations with the mindfulness bell, and gradually extend the length of time you meditate using the various lengths of the silent videos.
